Ingredients

• 1 shot of espresso (or ¼ cup strong brewed coffee, cooled)

• 1 cup milk of choice (I like raw milk or unsweetened almond or oat)

• 1 medium banana (fresh or frozen)

Directions

1. Brew your espresso or coffee and let it cool slightly.

2. In a blender, add your milk, banana, protein powder, ice, and any optional add-ins.

3. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.

4. Pour into your favorite glass, top with a sprinkle of cinnamon or cacao nibs if you’re feeling fancy, and sip slowly.
