I love food, and I value my health and well-being. I have found a happy meeting point for both. First of all, I am not a medical doctor. Based on years of research, studying and training, a fascination for food and flavors, and a strong calling to serve people, I am here to help you uncover what is causing the health issues you are dealing with.
What I share is not a diagnosis, but a sharing of information and avenues you may want to explore for yourself or your loved ones. It is a way to ensure all nourishment possibilities are being considered for your maximum health benefit. I am here to provide the support that you need in order to celebrate your wonderful bio-individuality. I am here to be your guide as you navigate health imbalances, genetic predispositions, chronic health conditions, toxin exposure, and the stresses of modern life.

I am married to a Purple Heart US Marine. We have two kiddos, Henry and Kaia. They are the loves of our lives. We also have a puppy named Tala.

I am a huge advocate of bio-optimization and self-care. My favorite forms are movement ranging from HIIT workouts to yoga, meditation, journaling, red light therapy, breathwork, infrared sauna and heat therapy, and a strong sleep hygiene game.

I go to the Philippines once a year with my kids to visit my mom and siblings. I also love visiting old European cities. Barcelona is my favorite city. I dream of going to the Amalfi Coast, Matera, Ischia, and the south of France. I am more of a beach girl than a snow bunny. I prefer tropical climates always!
