Hi, I’m Katie!

Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, & Intuitive Nourishment Counselor | Mama & Wife | Business Owner | Community Creator

But before any of all that, I’m someone whose relationship with health began very early and very personally.

I grew up with childhood asthma in a third-world country, where treatment options were limited and reactive. Every flare meant more steroids, more inhalers, more antihistamines. It kept me breathing, but it never addressed why my body was struggling in the first place. Living that way was unpleasant, exhausting, and deeply formative.

When I became pregnant, something shifted. I couldn’t control genetics, but I could educate myself. I wanted to be proactive, not fearful about my children’s health. That curiosity became a responsibility, and eventually, a calling.

My first child developed eczema and a dairy allergy early in life. Instead of accepting that this was “just how it is,” I began to dig deeper. Through nourishment, environmental awareness, and functional support, we were able to calm his eczema, and today, he no longer has it. He also outgrew his milk allergy. Watching his body heal reinforced what I had long suspected: the body is intelligent when it’s properly supported. Motherhood was the catalyst for my love of functional nutrition.

In a world filled with ultra-processed foods, chronic stress, and constant exposure to things our bodies were never designed to handle, I believe giving our families the gift of health means being proactive, informed, and intentional, not perfect.

My work is rooted in education, experience, and deep respect for bio-individuality. I am not a medical doctor, and I don’t diagnose or treat disease. What I do offer is guidance, helping you explore the full picture of nourishment so nothing essential is overlooked.

Together, we look at health imbalances, genetic predispositions, chronic conditions, toxin exposure, and the pressures of modern life through a functional and intuitive lens. My role isn’t to override your body. It’s to help you understand it.

I’m here to support you as you learn to nourish yourself and your family with clarity, confidence, and compassion so health feels less like something to chase, and more like something you live.

This personal journey is what led me here…

Choosing to work with me is choosing to slow down, tune in, and begin again with clarity, intention, and real nourishment.

If you’re here, you may be feeling exhausted by the guesswork, underwhelmed by quick-fix solutions, or frustrated by being dismissed. You might be facing confusing symptoms, anxious thoughts, or a sense that something’s “off” without knowing exactly what.

This is where we begin. Calmly. Clearly. Clinically grounded.

We’ll work together to:

•Uncover the root causes of your imbalances—not just mask the symptoms

•Rebuild trust in your body’s wisdom and signals

•Use nutrient-dense whole foods to support detoxification, gut health, hormones, energy, and mood

•Layer in supportive tools that work with your nervous system—not against it

•Empower you to take decisive, aligned action based on your goals and bio-individual needs

You’re not here to be told what to do. You’re here to feel seen, equipped, and guided—with just the right blend of science, soul, and strategy.

Working with Katie…

•You’re overwhelmed with questions and underwhelmed by the care you’ve received

•You want clinical insight and a compassionate presence

•You’ve hit a wall with your symptoms, stress, hormones, or energy

•You’re supporting a child or family member through health changes

•You’re ready to enjoy nourishing food without confusion or restriction

•You want to understand how to truly support your body, not just manage it

Whether you’re facing wellness anxiety, hormonal shifts, digestive issues, burnout, or mystery symptoms that no one has explained, you’re not alone.

Together, we’ll take what feels complex and make it clear. We’ll simplify the steps, map out a healing plan, and move forward with intention.

I’m here to support your next chapter in healing, and I trust that you’ll know when you’re ready.

This is for you if…

How I Support YOU…

In my work, I help clients explore the root contributors to health imbalances through food, environment, lifestyle, and nervous system support so they can make informed, sustainable choices that honor their bio-individuality.

“Because the truth is, we are not meant to feel sick, diet, and restrict our whole lives. We are not meant tolerate chronic symptoms on a daily basis. We are not meant to be stressed out about food, weight, health conditions, etc. all the time. We are meant to enjoy food, tap into its healing properties, and have it nourish us.”
